This department is focused on developing prototypes and fabricating multilayer PCBs in small series. These Printed Circuit Board(PCB) are used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, tracks or signal traces etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate.

Our experts are competent to design specifications, develop a working solution, validate the product, and finally deploy it to the end-user.

  • We first develop a prototype for any kind of application & after its successful trial as per the specification provided, we place an order to our PCB manufacturing vendors.
  • These vendors have specialized in designing & manufacturing of PCB production to avoid any extra losses.
  • Our PCB manufacturing vendors are selected on the basis of availability of all the fabrication processes that are completed within their own facilities.
  • The PCB assembly partner is capable of optimizing component cost as they have their own in-house circuit testing & automated optical inspection team for quality testing of the developed product.
  • We have also set up our own in house PCB testing & repair facilities to verify and mend the PCB developed products from the vendors.
