PCB Department

This department is focused on developing prototypes and fabricating multilayer PCBs in small series. These Printed Circuit Board(PCB) are used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, tracks or signal traces etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate.

Quality Control in PCB Manufacturing
  • Quality control refers to monitoring and measuring of PCBs in strict accordance through visual inspection.
  • This process is executed by the quality department together with the sourcing department who investigate and approve aptitudes and manufacturing capability of PCB manufacturers in order to ensure their sufficient manufacturing capability on the required design project.
  • Checking and confirming the outcome is constantly done prior to manufacturing as the main focus is given to the procedures of PCB manufacturing.
  • Our quality checks are regulated with the data that handles the system and makes it worthy.
