PCB Department

This department is focused on developing prototypes and fabricating multilayer PCBs in small series. These Printed Circuit Board(PCB) are used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, tracks or signal traces etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate.

Type of PCB

1. Single-Sided Circuit Boards

Single-Sided Circuit boards are made with an FR4 base that has a rigid laminate of woven glass epoxy material and is covered with a copper coating on the other side that is applied in varying thicknesses depending on the application of the PCB. They are used in an array of electronics and applications, including camera systems, printers, radio equipment, calculators, and much more.

2. Double-Sided Circuit Boards

Double-sided boards have the same woven glass epoxy base as single-sided boards. However, in the case of a double-sided board, there is a copper coating on both sides of the board with varying thicknesses depending on the application. The component & part selections are done based on industry standards. We use high-quality wires and connectors of plug n play type that are being used in almost all the products having the electronic circuit in order to avoid signal accuracy losses. Double-Sided Circuit Boards are used in higher technology applications and electronics like lighting systems, vending machines, amplifiers, car dashboards, etc.
